SHIPPING POLICY

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our parcels:

After an order has been placed, we need 1–3 working days to process it. During the week, this usually happens within one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 8–12 working days.

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Jack&Willow has been made as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping basket. You can do this by clicking on the “Add to basket” button.

Please check carefully that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. Fill in your address details on the information page. Make sure that all details are entered correctly. You can then click on ‘Proceed to shipping.'

On the shipping page, you have the option to check your address details again. It also states that every shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. Then click on ‘Proceed to payment.'

You can choose from various payment methods in the payment options. At Jack&Willow, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, so you can always count on a secure payment environment:

Once you have selected your preferred payment method, click on the “Complete order” button, and you will be redirected to the payment environment of your choice. Shipping costs
We cover the full shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

In order to offer fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in larger quantities and ship them simultaneously once the minimum shipping quantity has been reached.
